Using Pulsing Vinyasa, Rhythmic Vinyasa and Body Vinyasa, the poses flow together and become like a movement meditation. By activating the fluid body we release toxins, lubricate joints, improve nerve functions and assist in any healing process. Travelling and moving along the breath wave that is ever present – bringing us closer to our centre You will experience a transformational yoga practice which tunes into the body’s intelligence to flow with the breath and with music to cultivate inner and outer strength, fluidity and radiant health!
